The background music is jazz, creating a calm atmosphere, making it easy for families to visit. There is a menu for children, and they are very accommodating when it comes to removing wasabi. The marinated mackerel has a faint cherry blossom color with a thin layer of kelp, and the balance of acidity, umami, and fat is exquisite. The grilled eel is fluffy and tender, allowing you to eat it without worrying about bones.
