This was my first visit to the restaurant. I ordered the Roast Experience Course (2500 yen) with an additional Terrine Chocolat (800 yen). I like coffee, but am not a connoisseur... They said seating is 1 hour and 45 minutes. [Roast Experience Course First item: You get 3 kinds of coffee beans (shallow roast, medium roast, and deep roast) with water and milk brew (6 kinds in total) and choose your favorite beans for each of water and milk brew. Second item: Mocktails (cocktails without alcohol) with the beans selected for the milk brew. Tea sweets are also included. Item 3: The beans selected for the water brew will be served hot and black. At this time, I ordered an additional terrine chocolat. Terrine chocolat. When I ordered it, it had a cherry? and a sauce made with red wine was on top. Impressions. All the dishes were delicious, but I especially enjoyed the second item, the mocktail. They mentioned that the shallow roasted beans we chose (Kenyan beans called Kieni on this day) were milk-brewed and lemon peel was added. Next time I will order the mocktail by itself and add another sweet (terrine chocolat or cheesecake). I am also interested in the coffee cocktail (with alcohol). The restaurant was stylish and trendy with high ceilings. We waited a bit for the third item and the terrine chocolat that we ordered additionally to come out, so I was a bit worried that we would run over time at the end. I was a little worried that we might run out of time at the end. However, I was satisfied overall and the coffee course was unusual and interesting, so I would like to visit again.

It looks like a town factory, but behind the glass in the front is a group of spirited coffee makers. When you are led to the back, you will see a counter surrounded by customers. When shown the list of beans, a selection of coffees from roasters outside of Japan, ranging from shallow roast to deep roast, is waiting for you. There are also courses to enjoy in a variety of ways. The glassware is also very particular about the coffee, and the glassware is matched to the coffee.

I am very sorry. I went to Omotesando and complained to the person who always responds to my questions. I was looking forward to going there with high expectations, but, although the atmosphere and drinks were good, the female staff member who served me did not serve me water and gave me a poor explanation about coffee, and I was listening to the male staff member who served the person sitting next to me with my ears down. If only I could feel like going back? I lost interest in buying beans and left after complaining to the staff who always responded to us in Omotesando. Our desired day off was the worst day of the week.
