In a tranquil, traditional-style building located at the end of a narrow road in the mountains, you immediately feel your shoulders relax upon entering. You can gaze at the greenery spreading out from the wide windows, and the interior is bright and clean. Soft classical music plays in the background, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely atmosphere. The dishes, featuring local vegetables as the main attraction, clearly highlight the flavors of the ingredients, providing a satisfying yet rustic experience. There are also plates with a variety of small side dishes served all at once, as well as courses where each dish is presented individually, which is exciting to watch. The mushrooms, tofu, and even fruits are carefully prepared, and the warm hospitality was very pleasant.
