The moment you enter, the aroma whets your appetite and fills you with excitement. The fragrant, roasted thin noodles are well-coated with sauce, and a light spiciness lingers. The combination of finely sliced pork loin, crunchy bean sprouts, and green onions is pleasant, and the stir-frying is done to perfection. It's also nice that you can choose to add a raw egg. The interior has plenty of seating, and the warm atmosphere created by the family running the place is comfortable. You can also enjoy gyoza and beer, so I think those who love Sōfukō will be satisfied.
