The retro, street vendor-like atmosphere is pleasant, and you feel excited the moment you step in. The signboard's grilled pig trotters are fragrant and tender, with just the right amount of salt. The simmered offal is well-cooked, and the flavors from various parts spread out. The shinsashi is enhanced by garlic soy sauce, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. The grilled skin has a good balance of sweetness and spice, making it perfect for snacking. It pairs excellently with chilled bottled beer and kimchi, and the friendly service at a comfortable distance makes conversation easy.
