Just a short walk from Yamato Saidaiji Station, you are welcomed by a calm counter. Reservations can be easily made via LINE, and on the day of the visit, I was smoothly guided. The Hana lunch course shines with careful preparation from the appetizers to the clay pot rice, and the flavors of seasonal bamboo shoots and peas are distinctly felt. The grilled natural yellowtail with yuzu marinade and the shrimp tempura are cooked to perfection, and the gentle seasoning brings a smile to my face. The selection of drinks, including sake, is also substantial, making it a perfect match with Japanese cuisine. Since the restaurant is non-smoking and clean, I think it is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and delicious time.
