The space is calm with a table at the center, and there are private rooms in the back, making it convenient to use. There is a wide variety of snacks, and the monkfish liver with ponzu sauce and the day's fresh fish platter were perfect with sake. The udon noodles have a good texture and elasticity, and the soft onions paired well with the pork dipping sauce, making it very satisfying. There is also a tomato-based carbonara-style udon, with a pleasant aroma of cheese and spices, and the bacon, tomatoes, and creamy egg come together nicely. Udon with eggplant and nameko mushrooms is also on the menu, allowing you to fully enjoy the firm noodles. Inside the restaurant, there are posters supporting Fukushima, creating a gentle atmosphere.
