As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can see the ingredients being taken out from a large refrigerator that catches your eye, which is exciting. There are many traditional Japanese-style seats where you can relax after taking off your shoes, allowing for a calm atmosphere. The homemade sesame sauce chicken is mildly spicy and refreshing, with a lingering aroma of sesame. There is also a variety of unique dumplings, such as shiso dumplings and mentaiko dumplings, where you can truly enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. The beef-filled shumai served in a steamer is plump and juicy, and when paired with mustard, the umami flavor expands even more. The smiling staff moves efficiently, making it a pleasant experience to enjoy the meal from start to finish.
