The interior has a counter and a warm atmosphere bustling with regular customers. The responses from the head chef and the proprietress are gentle, allowing you to relax immediately. Fresh shirasu (young sardines) and iwashi (sardine) sashimi are served as appetizers, both of which are fresh and delightful. There is a wide variety of nigiri, and the fluffy inari sushi is delicious with the broth thoroughly soaked in. The bowl of shirasu with egg, fragrant with aosa seaweed, has a gentle flavor that is comforting. The sashimi and shellfish dishes are also abundant, allowing you to enjoy red fish, toro (fatty tuna), abalone, shiroika (white squid), as well as turban shell and steamed oysters.
