In the shop centered around the counter, you can spend your time leisurely. When you place an order, the freshly fried items come out at a good pace, and the aroma already whets your appetite. The batter is light and crispy, the vegetables are fresh, and the meat is juicy. The pickled ginger, okra, and quail eggs are also enjoyable, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The atmosphere of the old building and the posters are rich in character, creating a comfortable environment. As a specialty shop for skewered fried foods, it was satisfying to enjoy the crispy dishes casually.

There are counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. Freshly fried skewers come out in a rhythmic manner, and just the aroma makes me happy. The batter is very light and crispy, the vegetables are fresh, and the meat is full of flavor. The pickled ginger, okra, and quail eggs were also impressively delicious. The atmosphere, adorned with retro posters, adds to the charm and makes it comfortable. The meticulous work typical of a specialty skewer shop made it easy to snack on, and I was satisfied.
