This is a tempura specialty shop located inside a market building. The tempura, carefully fried in a copper pot, has a crispy batter that allows you to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. First, rice and other items are served, and then the freshly fried tempura is placed in order on a tray at the counter, making it very easy to eat. The dipping sauce contains grated daikon, which is convenient as it can be used right away. The small plates of pickles and spinach ohitashi are also delicious, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with the table condiments. There are many options to choose from, including set meals, rice bowls, and additional single items, and the seasonal kakiage rice bowl is exciting.
