Cucumber miso pickles have a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, with a gentle aroma of sake lees, offering a deep flavor that is hard to replicate at home. Nozawana soy sauce pickles have a moderate acidity that makes rice go down easily. Chopped botankoshou miso pickles are finely chopped and perfect for breakfast. The tasting corner for pickles was also enjoyable, and everything tasted delicious. The jam made from Japanese ground cherry has a refined sweetness that pairs well with yogurt and seems suitable for toast as well. When cooked with ginger rice seasoning, the aroma spreads, resulting in a satisfying mixed rice dish.
