"Cafe & Burger MONTANA" is a restaurant where the owner, who is a professional in store design, spent around three and a half years crafting the space through DIY. With an American country theme, the interior and furniture were all personally chosen by the owner, and the restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients that emphasize the concept of "eating local."

The owner, Mr. Matsumura, studied store design at an art university and utilized his design experience in Tokyo to open "Cafe & Burger MONTANA" The store's design follows an American industrial style, overflowing with a handmade feel. The burgers are made with 100% domestic beef patties and carefully selected ingredients. He is also actively involved in local activities and the restaurant serves as a "gathering place" for the community.
