The freshly fried tempura is served promptly at the counter, and just the aroma makes me happy. The batter is light and the inside is fluffy, allowing me to adjust the flavor to my liking with salt, dipping sauce, or plum flavor. The sashimi is beautifully presented, and the deliciousness of each piece is distinctly felt. There are many varieties of duck dishes and creative tempura, and each time I eat, I discover something new. The interior is clean and stylish, with soft music playing, making it very comfortable. Even the final dish of sea bream rice and desserts are well-prepared, and the thoughtfulness for takeout is appreciated.
