Reservations

We made a reservation for the evening and visited with our family of four. We ordered a course of 10 pieces of sushi. There were toppings I had never eaten before, and the sushi was carefully made with thoughtful variations in condiments for each piece, making it very delicious. I definitely want to visit again when I go to Otaru.

I visited for the first time. It was also my first time in Otaru, so I made a reservation after looking at reviews. The interior was small, with a counter and food court-style table seating. I had a sashimi platter and nigiri. The sashimi was thick, satisfying, fresh, and very delicious. The nigiri was particularly wonderful, with a delicate and well-balanced enjoyable taste, and I was very satisfied. Everything was delicious and impressive. If I have the chance to go again, I definitely want to repeat this restaurant.

Reservations

The friendly owner and the landlady managed the place, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. The sushi also showcased the careful craftsmanship, and as expected from a famous restaurant where they trained, it was incredibly delicious. It became a great memory in Otaru.

The chef was skillfully preparing each piece on his own, using condiments tailored to each type of sushi, and each piece was made with great care. The restaurant was also very well maintained, and the service was extremely kind, allowing us to have a wonderful time. There was a wide variety of sake, and both the sushi and the drinks were very delicious.
