Upon entering the store, the bright colors and the aroma of spices immediately put me in a Mexican mood. The system that allows for quick ordering via QR code is convenient, and I appreciate being able to leisurely look over the menu. The dip, loaded with avocado, has a delightful texture from the tomatoes and onions, and it pairs perfectly with the tortilla chips. The tacos, wrapped in a crispy batter and filled with white fish, also include a refreshing crunch from the vegetables, making each bite invigorating. The cheese melts in the quesadilla, and the fragrant cilantro potato salad keeps me reaching for more, and before I knew it, the plate was empty in an instant. Pairing it with a beer cocktail rimmed with spiced salt elevates the experience with a pleasant spiciness and the tang of lime, keeping the excitement high until the very end.
