The interior of the restaurant is clean, and you can relax at the counter, tables, or raised seating. The seasonal ingredients are fresh, allowing you to enjoy traditional sushi at a leisurely pace. The rice is said to be made from Koshihikari from Sado, which has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with the toppings. There are also small dishes, pickles, and a miso soup filled with ingredients that make you want to keep eating. The cucumber rolls have a unique cut, providing a delightful crunch. The eel is fluffy, the salmon roe pops, and the tuna in the tekka maki is rich in flavor, leaving me satisfied.
