The atmosphere is casual and welcoming from the entrance, with both counter and table seating that makes it comfortable to spend time. The grilled chicken skewers come in a variety of types, carefully grilled over fragrant charcoal, with the meat cooked just right. In particular, the white liver sashimi, combined with sesame oil, salt, onions, and chopped green onions, has an irresistible creamy texture. The sauce for the tsukune (chicken meatballs) is soft, and the crunchy texture of the cartilage is pleasant, while the negima (chicken and green onion skewers), heart, and chicken wings all convey a rich flavor. The quail egg skewers have a charred surface and a creamy inside, leaving a memorable taste. The onigiri (rice balls) we had to finish were filled with salmon and kelp, well-balanced in saltiness and packed with ingredients, making it easy to enjoy even alone.
