✏️〜Miso Ramen Fukuro〗〖Nagoya-shi〗. ------------------------ We had lunch here the other day. The owner fell in love with "Karamiso Ramen" from Yamagata. But before long, it became too popular and there were lines of people waiting to get in. Since 2018, he has opened multiple locations so that you can eat this at 11 different places all over the place. I hate waiting more than an hour for one bowl of ramen. I'm waiting, but... (laughs) I don't want to wait if I don't have to wait (＞＜) I want to eat one bowl while standing in line. I want to eat one in the restaurant too 😂 : : :) 🍀Soy Sauce Ramen (💴680) It's not a Karamiso Ramen (lol). The soup is a combination of dried root vegetables and bonito broth with a blend of soy sauce. The soup is strong but light on the palate, with the richness and aroma of the soy sauce spreading deeply in the mouth, The seafood flavor melts in your mouth. The noodles are medium-thick and frizzy with high water content, and the dashi broth's umami is intertwined with the noodles to create a rather strong impact. Aosa seaweed and thin bamboo shoots are also added from time to time. and thin bamboo shoots are added periodically to accentuate the flavor. Of course, miso is probably the most famous. But you should try the shoyu over here, too.
