The fragrant smell of baked goods filled the store, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. Sitting at the counter, light streamed in through the large window, allowing me to wait for my coffee in a bright mood. The carefully brewed blend, made one cup at a time, was comforting with its mild bitterness and gentle aftertaste. The assortment of cookies had different textures, and the flavors of whole wheat and herbs were delightful. The takeout sweets were lined up on the shelves, and just looking at them made me feel happy. Despite being a small shop, it had a warm atmosphere where I could relax even when alone.
