This is a calm and inviting shop located in the middle of the Furukawa Town shopping street. As you pass through the noren (a traditional fabric divider), a cheerful proprietress greets you, making it easy to feel at home right away. If you request it, the lunch bento can be slightly customized, providing a different enjoyment each time. The homemade croquettes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, delicious enough to bring a smile to your face. The classic simmered dishes are carefully prepared, and I was particularly impressed by how the daikon radish absorbed the flavor of the broth. Combined with the quiet atmosphere of the shopping street, I think this is a wonderful place where you can leisurely enjoy a homely taste.
