Thank you reservation platform for allowing us to enjoy special dishes. The dishes were all handled very cleanly and fresh, and almost every dish was already seasoned, so there was no need to add any sauces. The staff were also very friendly and patient in translating for us to understand. A happy meal in Hokkaido.

Is it a system without a basic sauce? All the meat is seasoned with salt. I don't know, but if I ask for sauce, will they give it to me? Also, it's incredibly cheap despite the current times. And even though it's cheap, the portions are huge. I wanted to try various meats, but I could only eat Akasen, mixed hormone, beef liver, Suffolk lamb, tongue root, and medium rice. I like the Akasen sold in supermarkets, and the authentic Akasen is definitely delicious! What surprised me was the Suffolk lamb. The moment I bit into it, I thought, what is this? It's super tender. And the flavor of the lamb spreads nicely in my mouth; it's incredibly delicious! It doesn't lose to Daikokuya's lamb shoulder at all. In fact, it might surpass Daikokuya. Plus, it's cheaper at 710 yen than Daikokuya. However, if you prefer sauce, I wouldn't recommend it. I will definitely repeat! Thank you for the meal!

The woman in the hall was very pleasant. Despite being such a popular restaurant and likely very busy, she worked efficiently, making it enjoyable for us to drink. As for the food, to be honest, I usually dislike offal, but the offal here had no unpleasant smell and was delicious. The liver and short ribs were also good! As a traveler, I can't easily revisit, but I would like to go again when I visit Asahikawa. The seasoning of the meat was exquisite, and the chef is wonderful.

We went at the beginning of winter and the room was warm and nice. The restaurant was like a charcoal grill, and the atmosphere was nice, with a smoky, smouldering appearance. Our family does not drink alcohol, so we had soft drinks, which were very reasonable. The meat was of course delicious with a salty taste. The rice was also very tasty. And the most surprising thing was the liver. I used to hate liver. I've been trying it recently because it is good for anemia, but I thought it might not work here either, and if I left any leftovers, I was going to have my family eat it, I was able to eat it all by myself. The smell peculiar to liver? The texture was crispy and easy to eat, which I had disliked, and I was able to finish the whole plate by myself. It was the first time I really thought liver tasted good. I will definitely go back again.

This is the first time I came to this restaurant for salted hormone. I had tried to go there twice, but it happened to be a day off, so it was a long-awaited visit. I was excited even before eating, thinking that it must be delicious to eat in this smoky atmosphere. The salted hormone grilled over charcoal was really, really good. It was well seasoned, and I ate it hot. The crunchy texture was addictive, and the juices came out when I bit into it. I could not drink alcohol because I had to drive, but I would like to toast with a cold beer next time. We are already looking forward to our next visit, talking about how we would like to try their bibimbap (stone-grilled bibimbap) next time. I have reduced the score from 5 to 5 with the hope that we will enjoy it more next time.
