It was a small shop where the counter was the main attraction, and the moment I opened the door, a comforting atmosphere flowed in. Thanks to the gentle service from the couple, I could relax even when I was alone. The sashimi of small fish from the Setouchi region, which was recommended that day, had a firm texture while also offering a delicate sweetness. The tempura octopus had a light batter, and the inside was plump, making it hard to stop eating. The tai rice, mixed with sashimi, egg, and soy sauce, brought happiness just from its aroma. I think this is the perfect place to enjoy local flavors when you want to indulge in Dogo Onsen.
