This is a restaurant run by a chef who took over the business at a young age and has trained in various places. The Japanese cuisine that showcases the blessings of the Hokuriku region is wonderful.

This is a prestigious Japanese restaurant that has been in operation for four generations in Toyama. The determination to close for a time, inherit the name, and make a fresh start is truly admirable. It has also been selected as a destination restaurant for 2024, so I hope you will pay attention to it.
