This is a Japanese restaurant located in the center of Odate City, where you can see the kitchen from the counter, which is exciting. The seafood bowl features white fish as the main ingredient, topped with various sashimi marinated in a sweet sauce, with seaweed adding an accent. Another seafood bowl has octopus, tuna, and yellowtail arranged on vinegared rice and seaweed, with a strong umami flavor. The more you chew, the more the flavor seeps out, and it has a good melt-in-your-mouth quality. The tempura bowl includes shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato, and lotus root, with the frying done just right, creating a good balance with the rice. There are people waiting outside, indicating its great popularity.
