The handmade udon is smooth and chewy, and every bite releases the aroma of wheat. You can choose between cold and hot noodles, which is delightful as you can enjoy it based on your mood for the day. The broth, filled with large chunks of beef sinew, konjac, and burdock, is rich and I ended up drinking it all. In the evening, the focus shifts to yakitori, with liver and heart cooked to perfection, making them surprisingly tender. The atmosphere allows for friendly conversation with the owner over the counter, making it a comfortable place where you tend to linger. Both the udon and yakitori are of high quality, making it a fun restaurant where you can enjoy two different experiences for lunch and dinner.
