In a cozy shop centered around the counter, the sounds and aromas of the pots resonate right in front of you, creating a lively atmosphere. The course changes every time, and on this day, the excitement never stopped from the beginning to the dessert. The appetizer of kampachi with a hint of sansho was refreshing, and the moderate spiciness greatly enhanced my appetite. The meticulously prepared drool-worthy chicken and the king pork grilled over charcoal brought out the flavors of the ingredients beautifully, leaving me impressed. The steamed soup with shark fin and the chili sauce with large prawns made me smile, and the variety of selectable Chinese teas was enjoyable. Despite being casual, each dish was surprisingly authentic, and I can understand why it's hard to make a reservation at this wonderful restaurant.
