Located on the second floor of a building just a short walk from the station, it has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. There are counters, tables, and private rooms, making it very convenient. The menu offers a wide variety of seafood, meat dishes, and vegetable options, all beautifully presented and exciting. The sashimi of Shinshu salmon has a refreshing deliciousness, and the overall presentation of the platter is lovely. The grilled dish with Shinshu miso served with nemagari bamboo shoots, homemade tofu, and roast beef also left a lasting impression. The display of ingredients and the comfort of seats overlooking the park made for a delightful time filled with conversation.
