The exterior marked by the red light is a landmark, and upon entering, you find a well-worn counter and a raised seating area that creates a calming atmosphere. The oden has a gentle flavor with a light broth, yet the ingredients are infused with rich umami, making it very delicious. The pressed sushi with masu (trout) retains just the right amount of fresh flavor and pairs well with drinks. The grilled skewers are also fragrant and whet the appetite, making you want to reach for more. There is a diverse selection of sashimi, dried fish, noodles, and more, allowing for unexpected combinations to be enjoyed. The friendly atmosphere makes conversations over the counter pleasant, and you can't help but want to linger longer.
