The meat is surprisingly tender, and the minced meat and vegetables pair excellently. The fragrant special sauce adds a nice sharpness to the gentle flavor. They carefully assist with cooking and serving, allowing you to focus on the deliciousness with peace of mind. For the finishing touch, a squeeze of homemade kabosu on the udon, along with the homemade pickles in between, provides a nice accent.
