This is a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy a little bit of Hokkaido's bounty. Starting with a spoon salad with a crunchy texture and three types of appetizer rolls served with Hokkaido rice, the course is richly decorated with salmon yuzuan-yaki, seasonal firefly squid, takikomai, and three types of sashimi. After a break from chopstick rest with mekabu (turnip) and beef tendon stew, enjoy Hokkaido's unique flavor with fried corn and hokke arare-age (hokke). Finish with soup curry udon noodles with vegetable chips for a satisfying meal. Not available on Fridays and days before national holidays.

The elusive salmon 'Tokishirazu', which can only be caught from spring to summer and is said to have fat content several times higher than usual. We procure it fresh through our unique channels and finish it off with a robust robatayaki grilling. Please enjoy the Tokishirazu, which is also the name of our restaurant.
