The texture of the wood is pleasant, and you can relax in the calm atmosphere of the store. The seasonal small dish assortment that was served first is visually beautiful and each one has a carefully crafted flavor. The boiled shimeji mushrooms and komatsuna greens are infused with the umami of the dashi, leaving a lasting impression. The signature Kyoto-style oden comes out one after another, and although each piece is small, they are all flavorful and satisfying. The combination of freshly cooked rice and Kyoto pickles makes for a very happy conclusion. The drink selection is also extensive, allowing for a quiet and enjoyable moment.
