This retro-style Japanese izakaya is located right in the shopping district near the station. Upon entering, there is a counter at the front, and seating expands towards the back, with a space for singing that adds to the fun. The sashimi platter is visually appealing, and the grilled chicken and hokke fish are fragrant and cooked to perfection. The fried kibinago, chijimi, and motsuni are perfect as snacks, and finishing off with pickled vegetables and grilled rice balls leaves you very satisfied. The selection of local sake is also extensive, pairing well with the dishes and encouraging you to keep drinking. It’s lively with regular customers, yet it feels comfortable even for first-timers, with the warmth of family and the relaxed atmosphere of being able to smoke making it pleasant.
