This course includes teppan-grilled fresh live abalone and steak of "Kurokaba-gyu", a premium Japanese black beef from Kyushu. This hearty course begins with Ichinozen, which includes appetizers and ozori, and ends with seasonal fruits and petit fours. This course is recommended for those who want to enjoy seafood, beef, and sweet dishes to their heart's content.

The live lobsters and abalones are kept in a fish pond until just before cooking, so you can enjoy the exceptional taste and texture of both. For your meal, you can also choose "Miyabi-dai (sea bream)" bubu-zuke (pickled in soy sauce), which is grown in Amakusa City.
