A hot pot made with premium karubi (rib meat) and chestnuts in a miso broth. It has a slightly chewy texture that allows you to enjoy the essence of game meat.

In principle, this is a weekday lunch menu. It is a service menu that allows you to enjoy miso with chestnuts easily. Sales may be restricted during busy times at the Nobotan Nabe. Reservations are not accepted.
